👋 Hi there. I’m Bri, an interdisciplinary researcher and community organizer with an eclectic repertoire of written and audio works examining the intersection of science, technology, and society.
I am currently the community coordinator for the Gathering for Open Science Hardware (GOSH), a global community of artists, researchers, activists, hackers, and hardware developers dedicated to making open science hardware ubiquitous by 2025. I also co-founded a podcast called Queer Science!, am a member of The International Society of Nonbinary Scientists (ISNBS), co-chair the open source SIG for the Center for Scientific Collaboration and Community Engagement (CSCCE) and am a drag artist. I am a native English speaker but also speak Spanish fluently.
